Meal 1: 3 full eggs + 2 egg whites fried, 4-5 chicken sausages, 4 bacon medallions

Meal 2: 500g liberty greek yogurt, protein bar, Little Dragon 24g protein shot

Meal 3: 2 Turkey Burgers, 250g mixed salad, 100g low fat coleslaw

Meal 4: 50g oats, 2 scoops of whey protein, apple

Meal 5: 500g baby potatoes, 2 turkey burgers, 100g green beans
