FAULTY ITEMS
If you feel your product is defective please send an email with photos and a description of the issue within 2 weeks of receiving the parcel to info@futurenutrition.ie. Postage costs to return faulty goods will be reimbursed. If you wish to return an item please keep all receipts as proof of purchase. We aim to process refunds within 2 working days upon receiving the parcel. Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours and credit/debit cards may take up to 5 workings days to appear in your account.
SHIPPING POLICY
Irish orders are delivered by Fastway, orders outside of Ireland are delivered by DSV.
Delivery times and prices are as follows:
Republic Of Ireland: 1 to 3 working days: €5 (Free over €35)
United Kingdom: 2 to 4 working days: €10
European: 5 to 10 days: €15
Please note that the above are guidelines and some packages may arrive outside of these times due to reasons out of our control.
